The intake for physical therapy was scheduled for Wednesday 18th, and I had to get there by car. So time to practice driving after almost 4 months.<\/p>
I decided to go to Ikea. A short drive where I could practice driving on the highway again. With brace and stocking, I got into the car. I felt strange to be in my car. My daughter was happy because she loves the hotdogs from Ikea. And for the first time in months, I was able to take her someplace else besides the waterside near my apartment.<\/p>
With fulfillment, I drove onto the parking lot. A lot had changed since the lockdown because of Covid-19. A long line to get in… I wasn’t able to stand that long, and luckily we got in quickly. I took something I ran out the last months to the checkout. A line again… I had trouble standing that long. <\/p>
When we got through the checkout, I bought hotdogs. Outside it was possible to sit down and rest a bit before driving home. My daughter, her build-a-bear, and I enjoyed our hotdogs.
